At IFA 2026, Acer unveiled a 2-in-1 hybrid concept called Project DualPlay Mini. The unit functions primarily as an 8-inch handheld gaming PC, but features a flip-and-swivel hinge that opens up to reveal a built-in backlit physical keyboard. It is designed to bridge the gap between portable gaming and quick productivity on the go.

More moving parts/hinges, breaks easier in my experience. I'd love to see devices like these become more common.
