Actually had issues with their PC case, light and fan controller failed/support was trash. Other stuff they sell worked fine.

I used a cooler master case for 10 years for a few different builds. I guess they are lower quality now.

I heard about other controllers failing for light/fans, but had decent experience with their other products. Issue was only exacerbated by customer service taking 3 months to respond.

Happened during the pandemic, so maybe their customer service has improved. I'm still avoidant of them.

I'd recommend Fractal Design. Some of their other competitors would be ASUS, NZXT, and Thermaltake.

wow, and i thought thermaltake were a scummy company. i'd buy the same case and just swap that controller then return it.
