I really need help, this is what is happening.

I am getting this error when inserting a query into the SQL tab of a database, it only adds 2 tables when it is supposed to add more, but the error is stopping it?

Looks like you're importing too many fields into your table.
Your table has 6 fields. You're trying to import 9 fields.

I could be wrong.

Notice the error begins from the Nely entry, which indicates to me the error is before that. The second value has no note added, see below.
