Make it a requirement for new members to have maybe 5 posts before they can make a thread. This should be enough to validate most of their motives.

They can simply reply to 5 posts In as many minutes with HQ content, and then create their threads.

In fact In doing so, It gives them more credibility.

Hey, Is it that hard to make better protection from spam like this? (Picture is bellow) It's getting annoying and there could be some members that will click it and get some malware. This is not the first time and will not be the last if you don't make a registration form with some sort of questions that bots can't answer or a better captcha. It would make the job of moderators easier and the forum would be spam free.

A minimum post count of 5 to add links doesn't do anything.

They simply add spaces In the links, or substitute a character with a letter and so forth, and then comment on what should be done to make It workable.

Only cure to this problem is that we should be cautious! And like the Admin has said before, we should not just trust any new member so easily on these topics!
