I usually drink alcohol or play sports. Rarely, but more often I have to smoke a pack of cigarettes. Recently tried https://hub420.shop/ cannabis, seems to help. I don't know if it does, maybe it's a placebo effect, but I feel less nervous

listening to music with headphones on and just sitting with my eyes closed. helps me relax very very quickly

An amount of stress is healthy, you need SOME stress to get you going.
The trick is to balance it, compartmentalize it and to act pro-active on large stressors, so you don't go into distress and burnout.

Meditation is certainly a great way to deal with stress, but there are many other ways you can manage stress in your life. I prefer physical activity, whether it's running, lifting weights, or doing yoga, can be a great way to relieve stress and improve your overall well-being.
