How to save pictures from Instagram - Asura - 05-16-2018

For Desktop:

Go to the Instagram profile desired then view the picture you want.

Right-click on the picture and click on 'View Page Source'.

Press Ctrl + F and paste this:

Code:
meta property="og:image" content=

There will be a link right next to it after 'content='

Highlight the link, right-click, open link.

Right-click and save the picture.

For Mobile:

Go to the Instagram profile desired and view the picture you want.

Once you are viewing the picture, enter this at the beginning of the link:

Code:
view-source:

For example:

Code:
view-source:https://www.Instagram.com

Open 'Find in page'  and enter the same from above.

The next steps are pretty much the same from above.

I don't use Instagram, hence was under the Impression Images can be saved with ease.

Does this method relate to all major browsers?

I believe this should work for all browsers. I have done this on Firefox and Google Chrome. There are some websites that prevent people from saving images other than Instagram so this should work. I remember coming across a web site that prevents people from right clicking and do 'Save Page As.

I've come across countless websites that have the right click functionality disabled.

In such cases, this'll certainly come to good use.

When the developer gets happy that he got the right mouse button disabled but, people bypassed via F12. You know then the developer just wasted time via coding it haha.

Some developers purely use JavaScript, so simply disabling It (JavaScript) In your browser will do the job.
