Interesting, didn't know tools exploits where leaked but Notorious Hacker Phineas Fisher released a step by step on how he hacked Hacking Team. Maybe someone just leaked his findings? I don't know, but links below to Phineas HACKBACK DIY Guide and how he hacked Hacking Team.

I haven't come across anything during my travels on the net, but now that you've brought It to my attention, I'll keep my eyes open and see what I can come up with.
