Interesting, didn't know tools exploits where leaked but Notorious Hacker Phineas Fisher released a step by step on how he hacked Hacking Team. Maybe someone just leaked his findings? I don't know, but links below to Phineas HACKBACK DIY Guide and how he hacked Hacking Team.
