You can get his Password via KeyLogger, you can use his computer as Botnet
And many more things.

Features of RAT's:
- Capturing\Spying on webcams.
- Keylogging.
- Viewing their screens.
- Opening\closing any files you wan't to.
- Full acces to the computer if the account is admin.
- Use the slaves as a botnet to attack other people with DoS\DDoS attacks.
- Downloading\uploading files, documents etc. to their computer.
Mostly like anything.
