Hey guys I have a HP x360 Pavillion and it has ghost clicking which is that it taps twice on the screen and randomly starts tapping btw it's touch screen.

Hmm I have a few thoughts. Here are some potential solutions you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Restart the laptop (duh i'm sure you already did that)
2. Update your laptop's touch screen driver. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers
3. Check for hardware damage. If your laptop has been dropped or bumped, the touch screen may have sustained physical damage that is causing ghost clicking.
4. Your touch screen may be too sensitive, which can cause ghost clicking and other issues.

Reading into reddit, one way to also fix this is by disabling fast startup in the battery settings.
Also try disabling touchscreen and see if that fixes the issue. If it does, you know the problem.
