Is Shorte.st/Sh.st a scam?
I have been running this shortener for a while, have reach the minimum payout and didn't got paid.

Forget the last time it happened, but it's common for shorteners to entice people with a "minimum payout" they never send.

They are turkish. Site pay to registered users for each view. Minimum payout $30 or $50 (not sure), nevertheless minimum payout $10, doesn't pay with PayPal anymore.
Bitcoin payments are acceptable but is forbiden under turkish law as crypto has been banned there.
