Forget the last time it happened, but it's common for shorteners to entice people with a "minimum payout" they never send.

They are turkish. Site pay to registered users for each view. Minimum payout $30 or $50 (not sure), nevertheless minimum payout $10, doesn't pay with PayPal anymore.

Bitcoin payments are acceptable but is forbiden under turkish law as crypto has been banned there.

Didn't got any response but the profit counter on the site is still counting. Most likely they don't pay since 2020.
