I guess I never really explained why I was gone and I still can´t,may have been part of the cause but I knew they didn´t like me because I wanted what was best for the users instead of what made them the most money.

If they kicked you out, it could never be your fault. You had legal problems, so your inactivity is acceptable. You mentioned that as well. It's definitely their fault.

I don't understand this stuff either, but merging doesn't sound like a bad thing if it's with the right people. I love the forum so far, so yeah. Good for me.

Sinisterly will NEVER merge with another site or be sold onto another owner. Oni has been it's creator and sole owner during it's whole existence. Staff also do not have the power to do anything that could endanger the forum to the point the owner would no longer have access (we are not co-owners, just volunteers to help the site). Oni runs things very well around here, so I hope you'll feel that Oni and his team are the right people! It's a great site and I feel uber proud when I hear people say they like it here :3
