Merge/Improvement

I'd like to welcome the Sirius Forum (and Reality/Alpha/Supreme) members to Sinisterly. We were in the process of procuring the forum, but ran into issues. @"Sirius" had given us the database (corrupt) and pulled out of the transaction early (scam?). We recovered the database (with help) and asked @"Pirate" if he'd like us to merge it. @"Pirate" stated he would and with our many shared members, we felt it was our duty to give the forum a place to live on in. I hope that the many mutual/new members like the merge and we will do our best to ensure everyone is happy. We'll be offering compensation for those of you who've made a mark on the forum.

To recap, last night:

• We improved how passwords are stored, so your information is safer.
  
• With @"Pirate"'s grace, we merged Sirius Forum in record-breaking time.

If you've made 5 posts on Sinisterly, send me a private message. We're reviewing accounts on a case-by-case basis for compensation. You'll likely be given either NSP or upgrades. Unfortunately we're not able to refund you for any transactions made prior to the merge. We're also giving out free name changes to members that have been merged or adversely affected.

If your name was taken, you might have issues. If you were registered on Sinisterly or one of the sites that's joined us before, you might also have issues. If you have multiple accounts or can't log in with your original name, it's possible your account had _mybb_import_uid appended to the name. Seldom do you find a community that Is willing to take the somewhat arduous task (and risk) of merging. Members of Sirius forum should be grateful (which I'm sure they are) that they're given the opportunity of a second chance of establishment.
