Biggest achievement in the beginning of 2019, was figuring out who was toxic in my life and figuring out who I was in a way and deciding on what I wanted to do with life,

An old question but relevant to 2020/21. I have managed to stay alive and not to be infected by Covid 19 virus so far. This is a great achievement by itself considering how the pandemic have created havoc across the world.
