His problem in my opinion is porn, not masturbation, so he can easily cut out porn with a little bit of willpower and bust one out. You could cut it out and replace that activity with other dopamine releasing ones. as i said, 1st step is to cut porn completely, cold turkey. And if you can't masturbate without it don't do it, give it a couple days and the hornyness will kick in. As a man, controlling your sexual urges is very important.
