Are you allowed to carry when at a club? Businesses may also choose to prohibit carrying. Sorry, the wording of that statement was just confusing. I meant to reply to this before it got buried, but stop pretending to know things you don't. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Defense_Authorization_Act_for_Fiscal_Year_2012 RE: Mass Shooting in Orlando Nightclub - Hououin Kyouma - 06-13-2016 I guess they have the legal authority to detain him, but I've never heard of anyone actually being detained under that law. RE: Mass Shooting in Orlando Nightclub - Jiggly - 06-14-2016 I would like to think the officials know more about what they can and can't do than a bunch of people on the internet who don't have those jobs. RE: Mass Shooting in Orlando Nightclub - Hououin Kyouma - 06-14-2016 You've clearly never seen the American justice department at work, then. RE: Mass Shooting in Orlando Nightclub - zenith - 06-14-2016 I personally believe that discussing it isn't going to do anything. No matter what we do, people will still get weapons and people will still murder others. A quote from ADoseOfBuckley "Laws only stop the honest people" Changing gun laws would just make this black market that already exists even bigger. I don't feel we can do much. It still is a tragedy don't get me wrong. And my prayers go out to the friends & family members of all of the victims. |
