What about people in the club? Are you allowed to carry when at a club?

I actually don't know what the rules are.

As far as I'm aware, it's illegal to carry if they have a bar or serve alcohol. Businesses may also choose to prohibit carrying.

Because a terrorist is gonna "Oh noes it's illegal I guess I can't carry my gun in hear, I better terrorize people somewhere else..." :/

Sorry, the wording of that statement was just confusing.

I figured as much, thought I'd help explain XD Technically would have been a good point otherwise.

I meant to reply to this before it got buried, but stop pretending to know things you don't.

I guess they have the legal authority to detain him, but I've never heard of anyone actually being detained under that law.

I would like to think the officials know more about what they can and can't do than a bunch of people on the internet who don't have those jobs.

You've clearly never seen the American justice department at work, then.

I personally believe that discussing it isn't going to do anything. No matter what we do, people will still get weapons and people will still murder others.

A quote from ADoseOfBuckley "Laws only stop the honest people"

Changing gun laws would just make this black market that already exists even bigger. I don't feel we can do much.

It still is a tragedy don't get me wrong. And my prayers go out to the friends & family members of all of the victims.
Who Knows?
