I think this would be kinda cool tbh seems like a cool addition everybody loves a little bit of customization.

I'm down for this. It would be really cool if people could use GIFs as well for their covers/backgrounds. Great idea, Oni.

In terms of resources, given It won't have any negative Impact on the forum, I don't see any reason why this shouldn't be Implemented.
For those who'll utilize the feature, there's everything to gain. For those who don't, there's nothing to lose.
It's a win-win situation.
