Decide what it is you wish to change, and set about doing it. It will come faster than you may expect.

Indeed, therapists have been useless to me personally, and I've been to quite a few. You should consider taking up the practice of "introspection", I recently reinvented myself and it actually wasn't as hard as I believed it would be.

You have to want it, and fake it til you make it.

Consider taking an "enneagram test" that will help you diagnose the type of person you currently are and point out some aspects of yourself as well as ways to improve.

Scrutinize everything you do, ask yourself why you think and act the way you do, try and relate certain aspects of it to certain aspects of your life, meditate regularly.

If you do, please document it and share it here, it could greatly aid others.

Good luck.

Arguably, as with anything in psychology there's always room for error, and nothing is ever considered 100% precise of an evaluation.

InkBlot 1
a huge dog with large ears ripping apart a body

InkBlot 2
Two victims of some sort kneeling over, bleeding

InkBlot 3
Some sort of an animal god watching and judging, wearing a suit

InkBlot 4
An explosion, with three people in the middle, all tied to chairs

InkBlot 5
A night butterfly (whatever you call them)

InkBlot 6
A huge sword going through a cloaked person

InkBlot 7
Two people staring at each other, shaking hands

InkBlot 8
A submarine pilot with a futuristic mask bleeding from the oxygen filters

InkBlot 9
A dragon breating fire upon the one looking

InkBlot 10
A manipulative person planning something...

Why are these always symmetrical??

Because of how they're made. Blot ink on center of paper, fold paper, unfold.

A strangely shaped guitar
A first person view of someone studying their thumbs
Two cats climbing up a colorfull mountain
four clifs with a stream between them, with boulders balanceing on the closer 2 cliffs
two lobsters and two fish attacking the eiffle tower

A psychologist would quickly assume you're pretty messed up in the head.

Your mental state appears to be fine.

is the paper folded when you put ink to the other side, and then fold it to "print" to the other side? or?
