There are many ways to increase brain performance. From early childhood my brother and I were forced to play various logic games, collect puzzles, solve riddles, and many other educational games. Thanks to the acquired logical thinking, it was very easy for us in elementary and middle school and then in high school.

I can also recommend you a service redacted which provides many logic games for brain development, as well as helps to find answers to difficult questions and when collecting a puzzle.

At the very least, make sure you're active mentally in whatever you're doing. A bit of relaxation is fine, but stay focused on your hobbies. A good book or some puzzles occasionally will help you stay sharp.

I also avoid watching television too often. I know too many people that spend their evenings glued to the television, with little mental stimulation.
