If i occasionally eat breakfast it's eggs and bacon with Apple juice and a croissant.
Usually I don't eat before lunch or sometimes first at dinner

It could be a croissant as well, but that's pretty much it. I pretty much can't eat before 9AM, I do drink energy (fruity, not redbull) kind of early though. I know not having breakfast is kind of a bad habit, but I just can't eat so early.

Croissants are amazing when having it with bacon, egg w/ tomato relish and a bit of spinach.

I've had a friend who's mother ate all the right foods, never smoked nor consumed alcohol, yet passed away at the age of 44.

And then there's others who smoke two packs a day and still alive In their 90s. Life Is certainly a mystery.

Sorry to hear but, also confuses me on how. Was she the type of person that goes by a shop that sells non additives like, no sugar, no junk in the food. (Literally pulled from the ground and then delivered to the shop)?

Thank you for your comment of apology.

Yes, she lived an extremely healthy lifestyle, no takeout nor any junk food. One day after her visit to the doctor complaining of abdominal pains, she was diagnosed with cancer and passed away 9 months later. This was a very long time ago. To be exact In 1999.

Eating healthy certainly helps, but does not guarantee the prevention of Illness.
