They leave the vehicle running for the recording (video and audio) to remain uncut. If you watch any police stop or incident where police are involved they leave.car ignition one switch up (accessory power) at the minimum.
(Trust me I've been on the wrong side.of the law enough to know they leave em on accessory or running :/)

I would be hard for the cops to pretend it never happened. - I bet they wish they could. Not easy I suppose when you are missing a car. They'll be sent on foot patrols next time

Must have missed this thread as it was posted a few weeks ago. I must admit, she was a savage for doing this, although I am very very surprised that they didn't already have the seats barred. They definitely learned their lesson on this one.
