This happened in a small town called Kouts Indiana as well, dude took the cops on a several hour car chase using a squad car lol I was listening to it on the scanner and laughing

That's happened right where I live too, but the chase started in the next town over (Monaca, Pennsylvania)

She made a mockery of the police department, that's for sure.
It could've ended up a lot worse, whereby potentially causing Injury to Innocent motorists or bystanders.

I dont understand why people are so crazy these days. It just doesnt make sense.

Absolutely agree.
In some localities, the law Is quite lenient and some (would-be) criminals are aware of that, therefore commit offenses knowing they'll get off lightly.

This is ridiculous. I understand that people can get out of the handcuffs, but why would you design a police car in a way that allows someone in the back seat to crawl into front. Seems like a big security risk.

Furthermore, why did the police leave the keys In the Ignition?
As part of police protocol, I'd assume they'd keep all their belongings with them at all times.
