thats correct, the website is running on wordpress.com ... so i guess the phpmyadmin won't work then, I don't have any password reset email or any activation URL emailed to me ... and apparently there was 10 backup codes that i forgot to jack down ... i would love to talk to someone from support but i don't have any email address or phone number for them ... i can't even go into the wordpress forum (2FA Verification code needed) but there's a live chat option but thats only for paid users only ...
possible solution: i have a old LG G3, that i use to use with Google Authenticator to login to wordpress.com but that phone got wipe because it crash and i flash a custom rom on it (Ressurection Remix 7.1.1 Nougat) on it, the phone is now fully functional, am wondering if i download back the google authenticator app ... all my logins would be sync back to that app ... hmmm??? am gonna try it ...

[PROBLEM SOLVED] I was able to get back in my wordpress account and Disable the 2FA ...
Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who take the time out to assist me, i really appreciate it ...
So i went to the Account Recovery Page (https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery) and entered the required information but i had a problem with the ''Proof of ownership'' i didn't have any activation links or backup codes ... my best case scenario was to get a 2FA Verification code but i couldn't, so i did some searching for ways to generate a 2FA Verification code until i stumbled upon this site (http://gauth.apps.gbraad.nl/) which generates them for a short amount of time but it works ...
So i use the generate 2FA verification code form the website to submit and Email straight to Wordpress and within 24 Hours i get back an email with a new 2FA Verification code to use when am logging in and also with some instructions, so i followed them and i was able to successfully login and Generate Backup codes and Disable 2FA ...
