Terrorists of common this year view this as pure holy war, they aren't afraid to die one by one in suicide attacks.
They would be afraid to die all together without being able to inflict more casualties to those who don't believe in their beliefs.

It seems as its been taken down, because I was legit just browsing it earlier.
They may have merged it with the video report, as TheGuardian has done that in the past.
Regardless, I'm sure whoever wants to read the report can go to their favourite news sources and read all about it, give or take a few news networks.

Seems like the police were the Intended victims of the blast(s).
Unfortunately, acts of this nature will Inevitably continue to happen. It's shocking to say the least.
