They literally sit around and do nothing most of the time. Even my boss shows up late.

Right now I just have a trash starting job at T.J Maxx. Its terrible, not to mention I don't get enough hours to do anything but I guess $9/hr starting pay isn't horrible for cashier. Corporate jobs. That will be the end of me though.

And the thing Is, no one should have to feel this way at work.
You've nailed It with "useless co-workers". I deal with people who literally cannot add 45+27 without using a calculator, and their Incompetency Is put on me, whereby I need to do their job as well as mine.

Work starts at 8:30am and she doesnt show untill 9:00-9:30, so we sit there not doing anything. Doesn't sound too bad, except she reports our hours and we don't get paid when shes not at work.
