He shouldn't just let the shepperd free with your dogs.. You can clearly see when dogs don't get along.
Still I am glad to see that none of them died, shepperds can do some real damage.
I had a guinea pig some months ago, it took some time for my dog to get along with him, since he is pretty aggressive with other animals, especially small animals.
Still after some time, he got used to the littly piggy, they became friends. But it took some time and a lot of reprehension to make them friends.

To be honest, it's your dogs fault. They shouldn't be so territorial. I would teach them to not be that aggressive to newcomers, we did it with our dog Maddie (Chihuahua) and she is a lot better now. Still barks at new people but doesn't try to attack them XD

Pretty ignorant for you to say it's my dogs fault for defending it's puppies. Obviously if there is a dog 20 times larger then you barking at your puppies and biting at them your going to do something.

Same goes to you. Logically you would know that a german shepherd is a hell of lot bigger then some small Chihuahuas and being that if you knew how they act you would know there scared ass dogs. So explain to me how a large dog has the right to attack small dogs but small dogs can't attack large dogs?
