A friend of mine recommended that I try some natural (grass-fed) beef bone broth. That and some Chaga. The bone broth with clear up the cold and the Chaga will (among other things) stop the viruses from having sex in your body, keeping it from going on, and help.

I have medicine for it, so it's not like I'm living off of my inhaler. I'd cough more than usual, but I couldn't stop taking my medicine for like 2 days and then smoke. It'd be hell for me.

Asthmatic people can smoke now, apparently.

I'd recommend vaporization. Can be cheaper (no matter what you're smoking).

I have no idea what chaga is but I appreciate the suggestion!
