A friend of mine recommended that I try some natural (grass-fed) beef bone broth. That and some Chaga. The bone broth with clear up the cold and the Chaga will (among other things) stop the viruses from having sex in your body, keeping it from going on, and help.

If it's breathing problems, there's some jelly like stuff called Vicks Vapor Rub that has always helped me. (I've been on an inhaler all of my life with CHRONIC asthma.)

I have medicine for it, so it's not like I'm living off of my inhaler. I'd cough more than usual, but I couldn't stop taking my medicine for like 2 days and then smoke. It'd be hell for me.

Yeah, I looked into it and just never got around to getting one.
