RE: Your favourite distro - i0xIllusi0n - 04-17-2013 My favorite one (but mainly because it's the only one I've used more than anything else) would be BackTrack because it has the hacking essentials, but if you're asking in a non-hacking sense, then Ubuntu. RE: Your favourite distro - §herlock - 05-17-2013 Mine are Windows 8 , Ubuntu and Backtrack RE: Your favourite distro - Chromium - 07-03-2013 Kali, Gentoo, #!, Arch, & Trisquel . RE: Your favourite distro - Charon - 07-03-2013 I'm running Debian on my laptop and Windows 7 on my desktop. RE: Your favourite distro - BreShiE - 07-03-2013 My current favourite is Mint. Yeah, I know. I've always got on with it and I just generally love it. I've also tried Ubuntu and Fedora. Mint is the only one that I managed to keep using, I used it for a good 7 months. I'm currently running Fedora, and although I do like it, it's just not good enough for me. The sound doesn't work too good and neither do skype calls. RE: Your favourite distro - Oni - 07-03-2013 Probably Debian or CentOS now. A few months ago, I'd probably have said Arch. ![]() (07-03-2013, 05:28 PM)BreShiE Wrote: My current favourite is Mint. Are you sure that's not just because you have jets taking off in your yard? RE: Your favourite distro - Kinanizer - 07-09-2013 Recently I've been getting into the new Backtrack, or Kali. It is so much more user friendly. RE: Your favourite distro - Oni - 07-09-2013 (07-09-2013, 05:01 AM)Kinanizer Wrote: Recently I've been getting into the new Backtrack, or Kali. Well there's nothing wrong with Debian, and it has all the pen-testing essentials. Leaves you with no need for any other distro. RE: Your favourite distro - §herlock - 07-09-2013 Mine is, the Kali Linux and CentOS 6. |
