Nobody deserves to have the cops called on them for watching porn in their own living room. (even their moms living room)
Yes this is his mothers house and she probably told him to not look at that, but still.
He is 15 with raging hormones.
I imagine if he had a girlfriend and was out late the mother would try to have him locked up for seeing a prostitute.
This lady is overreacting and needs to learn to deal with her children in the quiet of her own home and not involve the world in her drama.

The TV wasn't on, it was off, but upon being turned on it displayed porn.
So I guess he was in a hurry to cover shit up?
