To keep my head up, don't feed into negativity. Tell myself that life gets better and to work on myself. I would be a much different person today if I would have learnt to change my outlook on life earlier in life.

Do better at school and make sure you become friends with everyone and never smoke.

If I met myself 5 years ago, I will tell myself that I should've studied and paid very close attention with math.
