A lot of places will let you dual major, if you're serious.

As others have said, it's opinionated. Decide what YOU want to do. Personally I find Computer Science boring and would rather do Computer Engineering.

It's all binary and computer math. I've always hated maths. I'm doing a module on Maths in IT now and it's fucking painful.

CS is the theory of computers. How they work, why they work, and how you can employ that knowledge to make programs work better.
CE is just the making of software. You learn at a basic level how computers work because you need to, but to a CE if it works it's good enough.
