I believe he's fair in saying that if the guide instructs you to use Tampermonkey, it's a scam. In the past there have been guides that instructed people to use Tampermonkey, in an attempt to steal BTC.
Whether the guide includes that instruction, is another matter.

As per my post below, I thought he/she was banned a few months ago. Not sure what happened from then till now.

I recall issuing a permanent ban, as well. Either way, his unban was of no permanence.
