Quick question, isn't it MyBB that lets your see the number of reported posts? I swear it's this forum software but I may be wrong.

From what I remember from MyBB 1.6.x I can assure you that it doesn't show you the number or reported posts for user by default. So currently on 1.8.x It may require a plug-in to implement such a feature.
