RE: Gaming laptop - Drako - 09-14-2019

If you're looking at laptops upwards of $1K, I would go for refurbished to get the most out of your money. The title "Refurbished" gets a bad name because said device has been broken before. But that doesn't mean the device is guaranteed to break again anytime soon. If you are considering that route, I'd checkout Dells market. They've got a huge selection. And I've seen some of the pricey laptops marked down from $4,300, to $3,300. So you could always come across an amazing deal.

Thanks for that info! I've heard lots of good feedback about the dell gaming laptops as well. I'm not a tech person so I'm not familiar with specs which is the best and good. Just want one that would be able to run games without lag and stream from time to time.

Dell would be alright for a gaming laptop, but I feel like their laptops are more work oriented. Companies like MSI, and Alienware focus almost only on gaming. If you need just reply with links to whatever laptop you've found on the website so I can look at it..

Oh I definitely agree with @mothered here. Acer Predator laptops are amazing. 16 GB of ram, GTX 1660 Ti, and an i7 9750 should last you a long time. And they're offering an "Intel Gamer Days Elite Software Code" offer. I really don't know what it is, but it's free stuff.
