but i found the problem when i extract 2.1.6 and try to run its not running. but if i try yo run inside winrar unpacked mean it running.
what that happening. why it running from inside winrar not after unpacking it. >???

maybe your AV blocked the path it was unpacked to. try saving it to a new location?

Is your anitvirus software removing a malicious file from it? try running the launcher in administrator too. id also try reinstall net framework or who knows if its a OS issue are you running windows 10?
