Same here for me if I recall on another thread you had problems as well. Youβre pc isnβt allowing it to run

maybe your AV blocked the path it was unpacked to. try saving it to a new location?

Is your anitvirus software removing a malicious file from it? try running the launcher in administrator too. id also try reinstall net framework or who knows if its a OS issue are you running windows 10?
