I appreciate your In depth analysis, however I do require evidence such as supported screenshots, log files etc prior to taking action.

Just wait on it to finish, and it should redirect you when it is done. I ran it on a Windows 7 64 Bit, with evasive settings on so it should catch anything.
Edit: It finished right when I uploaded the link and it has a 100/100 threat score hah.

yes 100% i never see a clean paypal checker in my life .even when i was new and exticed to use the checker i did a mistake in my life.my pc or infected.but i was able to manage the situation also.its better to close the post .otherwise virus will spread.
