Secure and anonymous link - Lucianek - 08-25-2018

Hello, I would like to create on my computer the most anonymous connection, without the possibility of reaching my real ip address by the state services, I will present today a link which I am not sure till the end.

NordVPN> Onion VPN> RDP Anonymously

If you know how to increase anonymity, please write in reply to the post.

A VPN & Tor Is only part of your anonymity. There's a lot more that can reveal Information on a personal and device level.

There's DNS leaks, WebRTC, Browser & Canvas fingerprinting, User Agent leaks, Cross-Browser fingerprinting on an OS & hardware level, Ultrasonic Cross-Device tracking, WebGL fingerprinting, Connection, Hardware, Login, DNS "Cache" leaks, cell phone sensor vulnerabilities (Proximity, Magnetometer, Gyroscope, Acceleromete, GPS, Barometer, Biometric, Ambient Light sensors) and the list goes on.

And then there's Transparent DNS proxy, whereby (If used by your ISP), they will Intercept/reroute your traffic and force the use of their DNS servers as opposed to the VPN.

I think so yours is the best

RE: Secure and anonymous link - Lucianek - 08-26-2018

@mothered What do you think I could add to increase my anonymity?

@mothered From what I have read about NordVPN, it does not provide your personal data and does not have IP login entries, etc.

Look Into everything I mentioned above, particularly the "fingerprinting" side of It. Simply disabling JavaScript In your browser, takes care of heaps. It's way beyond the scope of this post to document a tutorial.

Here's a few simple recommendations:

* Use a secure web browser such as Epic Privacy Browser. For added anonymity, this has a built-In proxy.
* Google knows just about everything you do online, so avoid using Google's services (Android OS & related apps, Google's search engine etc).
* Using some services by Google are Inevitable, so do NOT log Into your Google account (Gmail) and "remain" logged In. Google uses your Gmail account to Identify you "whilst logged In".
* Check your activity settings In your Google account- you can control what gets saved.
* Check all privacy settings In Google My Activity (of your Google account), and disable/delete those that track you.
* Use any of the below private search engines:
MetaGer- This has a built-In proxy that allows you to open link anonymously. Navigate via Tor using this search engine.
StartPage.
Epic Search Engine.
Disconnect.me
* Change your browser's user agent string to something completely different to what you're using. It also masks your operating system. Here's a huge list of strings.
* To prevent your screen resolution from being leaked, change It using a tool named Multilogin App.

These are the very basics and a good starting point.

You're welcome.

I forgot to mention that you can encrypt your DNS servers using a tool named Simple DNSCrypt, both primary & secondary encryption.

Among many other features, you can also block IPV6 requests- In case of IPV6 leaks. Although most VPNs take care of It by disabling IPV6 traffic, leaks can happen so this tool adds an extra layer of protection.

Isn't VPNs are enough for DNS and IP leaks?
