Teen instagrams Principal's Mugshot - The Lonely Hacker - 05-13-2013 Georgia high school student instagrams her principals mugshot and gets suspended. Do you think it was the right thing to do? http://news.cnet.com/8301-17852_3-57583839-71/principal-suspends-teen-for-instagramming-her-mug-shot/ RE: Teen instagrams Principal's Mugshot - Groliath - 05-13-2013 (05-13-2013, 05:29 AM)The Lonely Hacker Wrote: Georgia high school student instagrams her principals mugshot and gets suspended. "I think" is enough to keep it from even being considered lieing. I don't know of any school where this could actually be against the rules, RE: Teen instagrams Principal's Mugshot - Lain - 05-13-2013 I'm pretty sure it's against the law to share another person's information online w/o their information, this would presumably include photographs RE: Teen instagrams Principal's Mugshot - ErroraBorealis - 05-13-2013 (05-13-2013, 07:03 AM)Dogs Toy Wrote: I'm pretty sure it's against the law to share another person's information online w/o their information, this would presumably include photographs But this didn't happen in school, and the cop didn't do anything. SO the school still cant do anything. Not to mention, it's a mugshot. I believe that's a little different. I suppose "getting suspended" is better than "getting sued". And news sites and such post mugshots all the time, I don't see much of a difference between a kid and a news site posting it, except the kid sounds like an idiot for not finding out for sure what the arrest was for. Either way, the principal has no right to suspend the student for it. RE: Teen instagrams Principal's Mugshot - Unmasked - 05-13-2013 If he found it online he shouldn't be in any trouble, "privacy is not private" RE: Teen instagrams Principal's Mugshot - Customer - 05-13-2013 I live in Georgia. Clayton is like.. 15 minutes away from my house. What the fuck. RE: Teen instagrams Principal's Mugshot - Dope - 05-13-2013 That is actually pretty fucking funny. Mugshot -> instagram -> Suspension ?
