How to find your old posts, thx in part to Google Cache - roger_smith - 11-15-2014 While we're waiting for Europol to hopefully new screw us over, it may be possible to find some of the posts you previously had. I just pulled most of my posts that I really wanted to have here from Google's cache by doing the following: Code: site:sinister.ly roger_smithYou should get a lot of hits with your username. Find the posts of interest, and you're probably good to go. Of the posts I wanted to save, only 1 wouldn't work. I copied them into a notepad file and I will fix them later to display right within the forum. Find the one you want, hover over it, click the arrow and click on "cached".

My intro to linux post is saved on my system because I want to expand on it and eventually publish it as a book/ebook. Good thought, the SE discussion is great ^^ Ah, awesome, I'd like a copy when you're finished
