My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#

The "oldest" would be Fortran but I'm not really sure if it was available for the public.
Other than that I'd say Assembly.

Plankalkül (Plan Calculus), created by Konrad Zuse for the Z3 computer in Nazi Germany, may have been the first programming language (other than assemblers). This was a surprisingly advanced programming language, with many features that didn't appear again until the 1980s.
The first high-level programming language that we know of is the IBM Mathematical Formula Translating System, or Fortran for short.
to be honest I never played with Fortran. My first programming language was QBasic.

I've never used QBasic , how is it ?
it was fun. but I also use Pascal as well to when in year 97 I was in 10 grade in high school.
