what is the best websites to hire an hacker? this is for someone that want to learn hacking or wants to hire an hacker for a specific job.
please post the websites. This is not for me. But this is an post for someone that had no experience.

yes you are correct. But I was bored and I decided to Google search it right. I found several websites on it. But I think some of them are a big Scam . Can I post them or not ?

Nobody likes some feds at their door, just because of a dumb move.
I would say that if you're engaging in this kind of activities you should be 1 step ahead always, and think carefully every move you make.
