Sparring is even funny, but I sometimes can't stay in action as I am supposed to.

I am not bored.
I sometimes do not have the stamina to do the sports.

Well I guess it's more of a mental thing.

Just start forcing your self to go and get more into the routine rather than just going when you feel like it.

Sounds good man keep up the work and you should get used to it in no time as long as you stick with it and don't slack at all.

You can do a lot better if you have a group of friends to help keep you motivated.
Don't talk about it, be about it.

Try making friends with the people that you play soccer with?

None of them are open to being multi sport athletes? Maybe you can find some other workout buddies online or something.

Well you shouldn't train everyday.. Everyone that joins a gym and so just practices like 3 or 4 times a week. You need to rest your muscles.
And it's normal trust me, used to play basketball as a teenager, now that I think of it, I used to practice a lot, like you, everyday.
And now that I'm older I can't do the same, age starts to weight on you ^^
