what can I do? #1
sometimes I feel really fit and do a lot of sports but sometimes I am not in mood to do real sports, what can you suggest me to be in a better mood and do more sports? : D

I am doing Sports but I do not have the stamina that I usually have then..

Try eating healthier maybe? drink more fluids? start using energy drinks?

Or try to find a good supplement drink or something to help get you energy.

Try starting the gym and go regularly, also make sure you're eating properly.

Mhmm, I am eating eggs before I go to training, I drink sometimes Redbull, but that's all, doesn't really affect me.

It's not supposed to be easy as you grow up.. You just need more effort.
If you really like what you do, you shouldn't get bored of it, try to explore new sports maybe?

Well I guess you should try just doing it more frequently so you get used to it more.
