Maintain a positive and respectable position in the community. You need to be well liked, but also mature and dignified. You're going to represent us.
You must be focused solely on Sinisterly. That means you will have to give up any staff positions you may have on other sites, otherwise it may be a conflict of interest.

i doubt that very much. And I wouldn't have made a thread if I could simply respond. but there seems to be some random permission set that allows some people to respond and others not to. dont know if its intentional or in error.

For what it's worth, I think only mod+ can respond to those threads. I was going to bump my staff app a couple weeks ago, and I couldn't even respond to my own thread.
