And if you still wna hide it, you could tattoo over it like blackeagle has said or apply some modern medicines to lighten the scar.

I was thinking about tattoo but the scar is on the chest and i don't know what tattoo would hide it and look nice at the same time also I've been told that tattoo is not good because of the ink which can accidentally go to my blood and cause some damage. But I am still able to have tattoo. Well it is confusing also I cannot apply anything on the scar now coz its only few months after my surgery maybe in few years the scar will look better. Its just now that makes me sad that I cant take my shirt off in beach or somewhere. As someone said that I'll get use to it maybe hes right.

Well, if it is that big an issue, ask your doctor. Plastic surgeons can sometimes repair that kind of scars - sometimes not. A heart surgeon will probably care more about saving your life, but he will know if your scar is one whose aesthetic condition can be improved by a plastic surgeon or not, and will tell you so if asked.

Anyway, I don't really think anybody looks at someone's scar as if it is something disgraceful... I mean, it's the result of a surgery... not like it's your fault or something.
