So hello guys im after my heart surgery and i am depressed about the scar... It makes me think that i'll stay forever alone.. I will not be able to take my shirt of on summer.... Or in other situations. So is there any people that had a surgery and faced similar problem like mine... If yes how do you hide the scar or stay positive....

i dont think you should be ashamed bcs of ur scar !! but in case u still need to hide it i uess a tattoo is a good idea to hide it !!

Dont be ashamed of scars. A scar proves that you were tough enough to survive the reason that caused it.
And if you still wna hide it, you could tattoo over it like blackeagle has said or apply some modern medicines to lighten the scar.

I don't think you should be ashamed of your scar. It proves you're a strong person who had to fight for his life and won. It's going to take some time to get used to it, sure. But it's still a part of you. There's a saying; Fake it till you make it. What it means is that you can trick your brain into actually believe what you tell it. But before the brain accepts your "lie" as the truth you must fake it.
Even though you might feel ashamed, take of the shirt, smile and be proud to be a live. You will see that in time the feeling of being ashamed will go away.
